SaaS - Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Specialist to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating product capabilities into compelling stories that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and updates.

● Craft clear, compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for target segments.

● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development to inform strategy.

● Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap and translate features into customer benefits.

● Create and maintain sales enablement content — battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, and demo scripts.

● Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and support deal cycles.

● Plan and execute integrated launch campaigns across web, email,



social, and paid channels.

● Produce content such as website copy, blogs, whitepapers, videos, and presentations that support the funnel.

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, launch adoption, and content effectiveness.

● Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

● 2–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology company.

● Robust writing, storytelling, and content creation skills across formats and channels.

● Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development.

● Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Semrush, or similar).
