We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Hiring Recruiter
with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in
IT, BPO, KPO, and Non-IT recruitment
. The ideal candidate will be involved in sourcing, screening, and hiring for various roles across domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
IT, BPO, KPO, and Non-IT
roles.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by clients.
- Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social platforms.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and trackers.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.




- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
in
IT, BPO, KPO, and Non-IT
hiring.
- Valuable understanding of different hiring channels and sourcing techniques.
- Prior experience with international recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent
English communication skills
– written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a
UK shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
