- Own the creative pipeline from consumer insight to concept, creative brief, final asset and performance analysis.
- Build structured creative testing systems across hooks, messaging, formats, offers and audiences.
- Conduct regular competitor creative teardowns and convert insights into new creative ideas.
- Write explicit, insight-led creative briefs that help designers and creators produce better-performing ads.
- Work closely with our creative team to ensure ideas move quickly from concept to launch.
Media Buying
- Own day-to-day Meta Ads performance across campaign structure, budgets, scaling decisions and optimisation.
- Build and scale Google Ads across Search and Performance Max.
- Use attribution data and business metrics to make decisions rather than relying only on platform reported numbers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, MER, contribution margin and overall acquisition efficiency.
Growth Operations:
- Track the complete content pipeline across influencers, creators and internal production.
- Build structured feedback loops with creative teams so winning insights are quickly translated into better ads.
- Share regular performance reviews focused on learnings and business impact, not vanity metrics.
- Work closely with the founders to identify new growth opportunities and experiments.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a D2C consumer brand.
- Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads at meaningful budgets (₹10L+ per month). Google Ads experience is a strong advantage.
- You naturally think about customer psychology and creative angles before platform settings.
- Comfortable analysing data, but equally comfortable making decisions from it.
