Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project requirements, with a strong focus on sourcing niche technical talent at scale. The role requires an experienced recruitment professional who can seamlessly balance workforce planning with hands-on execution while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
The incumbent should possess strong business understanding of the Power Generation and Heavy Engineering sectors, particularly project-phase hiring, and be capable of driving innovative sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, project,
and site-based hiring across technical and non-technical functions.
- Drive high-volume as well as niche hiring mandates while ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop hiring plans aligned with business expansion, project milestones, and manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and future-ready positions.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels including job portals, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, campus hiring, talent communities, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for key technical and leadership roles.
