We are looking for a CNC Gas Cutting Machine Operator to operate CNC oxy-fuel/plasma cutting machines for cutting MS plates as per production drawings. Candidates with experience in fabrication industries are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC gas cutting (oxy-fuel/plasma) machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Load plates and set cutting parameters.
- Monitor cutting quality and dimensions.
- Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Ensure secure working practices and maintain housekeeping.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience.
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC Gas Cutting.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Experience in heavy fabrication or pressure vessel industries is an added advantage.
- Freshers with CNC gas cutting training may also apply.
