Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with proven experience in UK healthcare business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting current healthcare clients across the UK while building long-term commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK healthcare sector.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Approach care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers,



domiciliary care agencies, private hospitals, and NHS organisations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and telephone).
- Present Koinis Healthcare's staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with recruitment and compliance teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and framework opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of business development or client acquisition experience in the UK healthcare recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market.
- Experience working with care homes, supported living providers, private healthcare organisations, or NHS clients.
