Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Government Projects & Operations to lead our Government Procurement, GeM bidding, IT hardware, manpower outsourcing, and business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in Government tenders, GeM procurement, IT hardware, manpower deployment, project management, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring successful project execution,



and leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Government procurement and GeM bidding operations.
- Oversee IT hardware procurement, supply, installation, and project execution.
- Manage manpower outsourcing projects and ensure timely deployment of resources.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, ATCs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, vendors, government departments, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with GeM, Government procurement policies, ISO standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new Government and Corporate opportunities.
- Monitor project execution, profitability, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Tender, Accounts, Procurement, and Operations.
