Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solar tender preparation—from scope definition to submission—across government, private, and SECI/REIPL tenders.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and legal teams to align bids with RFP requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Analyze competitor bids and market pricing trends to position proposals competitively while maintaining healthy margins.
- Develop bid strategies, including risk matrices, pricing models, and value-add differentiators for win-rate optimization.




- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate BOQs, timelines, and resource alignment.
- Own post-submission activities: clarifications, negotiations, and bid defense presentations to selection committees.

- Experience with GIZ, NTPC, or state DISCOM tenders
