Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development through final execution, for residential and commercial interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and renders, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery. The role involves guiding junior designers, reviewing design documentation, selecting finishes and FF&E;, and overseeing site inspections to maintain design integrity. This is a full-time, on-site / in-office role based in Mylapore, Chennai.

Qualifications
- Robust expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience of 4-5 years in the industry.




- Proficiency in Space Planning and Construction Drawings to develop functional layouts and precise design documentation.
- Experience in handling projects from start to finish.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools. AI tools knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead interior design role, including project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and conduct regular site visits for supervision and quality checks.
