Job Description for Store-Incharge

Key Responsibilities;
- Maintain and monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase order and delivery challan.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC materials.
- Issue materials to site engineers/technicians based on approved requisition slips.
- Maintain stock register, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and issue records.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and material handling.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material stock and consumption reports.

Key Skills;
- Knowledge of MEP materials (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, etc.)
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and site engineers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

Languages- English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,970.26 - ₹30,346.68 per month
