Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, ensuring seamless communication, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Address client queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Prepare and share periodic updates and reports with clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
