Role Description
The Technical Training Manager (Mechanical and Electrical)



is a full time, on-site role based in Dammam - Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing and executing technical training programs for production, maintenance, and quality teams. The role involves assessing training needs, designing curricula and modules, and delivering classroom and on-the-job training sessions aligned with manufacturing and safety standards. The Technical Training Manager develops learning plans, maintains training records, and evaluates training effectiveness to ensure skills are applied on the shop floor. This role collaborates closely with operations, engineering, HR, and HSE teams to integrate training with process improvements, compliance requirements, and competency frameworks. The Technical Training Manager also updates content based on new technologies, equipment, and procedures, and supports onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for technical staff.
