Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client billing, project accounting, financial reporting, timesheet management, and project reconciliation within a service-based organization.

The role involves managing the financial operations of client projects, ensuring accurate billing, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client billing and invoicing for multiple client projects.
- Perform project accounting activities including project reconciliation and project transfers.
- Review and manage employee timesheets to ensure accurate project allocation.
- Prepare financial reports and provide project status updates.
- Coordinate with shared service teams to process finance-related requests and workflows.
- Support month-end closing, forecasting,



and other finance activities.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and client requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Finance, Project Finance, Project Accounting, Billing, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of client billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF functions).
- Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
