Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect with a minimum of 1 year of qualified experience in architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, drafting, planning, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to develop innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.

The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, planning residential and commercial projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, site engineers, interior designers, contractors, and government authorities, while ensuring projects are executed according to approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Planning




- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare conceptual layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Design projects that comply with functional, aesthetic, structural, and safety requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available space while maintaining design quality.

Drawing Preparation & Documentation
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings and presentation layouts.
- Develop construction drawings, working drawings, and detailing for project execution.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior design drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.

Site Coordination & Supervision
- Visit project sites to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors
