A&R; Lead
to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the label.

Role Overview : (Reporting to the Label Head)

The A&R; Lead will be responsible for identifying exceptional talent & content, driving artist development, overseeing music production, and leading release strategies from concept to commercialization.



This role combines creative instinct and requires someone who understands today's evolving music ecosystem—from music discovery and production to digital marketing, distribution, licensing, and audience growth.

You will work closely with artists, producers, creative teams, marketing, distribution partners, and the leadership team to build successful music careers and commercially impactful releases.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Discovery & Talent Acquisition
- Discover and onboard promising singers, composers, lyricists, producers, musicians, and independent creators.
- Build a strong pipeline of emerging talent across commercial, indie, devotional, regional, and folk music.
- Evaluate music submissions and identify commercially viable opportunities.
- Develop long-term artist relationships and career roadmaps.

Artist Development
- Mentor artists creatively and strategically throughout their journey.
- Identify collaboration opportunities between artists, composers, producers, and
