Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a solid background in the Lending, Leasing, and Asset Finance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Enterprise Leasing applications Implementation, Custom Application Development, or Package Software Implementation projects. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to analyze business requirements, prepare functional documentation, support testing, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements with AS-IS / TO-BE business process flows.




- Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and design documents for development.
- Prepare and maintain Requirement to testing Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Manage end-to-end business process flows across multiple functional modules within Lending & Leasing applications.
- Analyze cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless integration between business functions, in a matrix organization.
- Create business scenarios, use cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test data preparation, execution, defect reporting, test evidence collection.
- Coordinate UAT activities with business users and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure delivered IT solutions meet business requirements and functional expectations.
- Understand and analyze UI Screens, workflow diagrams, and process flow diagrams, including upstream & downstream systems.
