Job Title: SAP CoE Tower Lead - Plant Maintenance and Asset Reliability

Requirements:

* Design and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions, including technical objects, notifications, orders, and maintenance planning.

* Develop and maintain asset maintenance and reliability strategies, including preventive maintenance, shutdown management, and reliability-centered maintenance.

* Lead the integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, and EHS.

* Develop and maintain maintenance master data governance, including spare parts strategy, work clearance, and contractor/service procurement.

* Support plant rollouts, data migration, cutover, operational readiness, training, hypercare,



and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance, including certification.

* Knowledge of reliability, maintenance planning, asset management, TPM, RCM, or engineering principles.

* Experience in asset-intensive industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, pharma, utilities, and retail facilities management.

* Ability to assess and implement IoT/condition monitoring integration and predictive maintenance opportunities.

* Robust understanding of Fiori/mobile enablement and its applications in plant maintenance and asset reliability.
