We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AWS IT Support Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, cloud applications, user access, and office technology environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS IT support, identity and access management AWS IAM, SaaS administration, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, maintaining secure access to business applications, supporting employees with technical issues, and helping automate routine IT tasks. This role requires someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while maintaining a secure, scalable, and effective IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
User Access & Identity Management
- Create, configure, and manage user accounts across AWS, Microsoft 365, Jira, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and access rights.




- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML and OAuth2.
- Administer Active Directory authentication, security groups, roles, and permissions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and security policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of user access requests and permissions.

SaaS Application Administration
- Configure, deploy, and maintain SaaS platforms and business applications.
- Administer tools such as:
- AWS IAM, Billing, Organization Account Management
- Jira
- Microsoft 365
- ServiceNow
- Datadog
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Other collaboration, CRM, and productivity platforms
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with vendors whenever required.
- Monitor application health, licensing, and usage.

Cloud & Infrastructure Support
- Possess a strong understanding of
AWS fundamentals

and other cloud services.
