Role Description
The Contracts Engineer – Mehta Group Thane at Mehta Realty is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. This position involves preparing, reviewing, and managing contract documents, BOQs,



and work orders for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to track contract execution, monitor costs, and manage variations or claims. The Contracts Engineer will analyze bids, support vendor selection, maintain contract records, and assist in negotiations to secure favorable terms. Day-to-day responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with legal and statutory norms, updating project stakeholders on contract status, and supporting continuous improvements in contract processes and documentation.
