About the Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Head of Social Media Content to lead our social media presence across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, grow online communities, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling with solid leadership and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall social media content strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of high-quality content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, videographers, and social media specialists.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing,



product, sales, PR, and creative teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Oversee content production, including copywriting, graphics, photography, video, and short-form content.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Ensure timely community engagement by working closely with customer support and community management teams.
- Establish KPIs and regularly report on content performance, audience growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content complies with legal and brand guidelines.
