Business Operations Manager
Overview
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing and executing key operational activities in support of an aligned business unit or delivery unit.
The Business Operations Manager partners closely with business leaders and operations leadership to ensure effective operations, compliance with firm policies, and continuous improvement aligned to strategic objectives.
Consulting Operations
This role is located in either the Hyderabad or Noida office and aligns with the Consulting Business Unit. The manager will focus on advancing operational support to India team members and execute various processes specific to in-country team members, including:
- Expense and in-country travel approval; coordinated travel to US, when applicable
- Serve as the liaison between Consulting leaders and in-country experienced Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding activities specific to Consulting for in-country team members for both campus and experienced hires
- Serve as the manager of campus related processes in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Consulting leadership and operations; including establishment of campus goals, attending campus events
