Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our 360-degree marketing function and drive brand visibility, digital growth, lead generation, and market positioning.

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Jupitice across digital, social media, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and brand marketing.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in building integrated marketing strategies, managing multiple channels, driving measurable business outcomes, and leading marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. 360-Degree Marketing Strategy




- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Jupitice’s business and growth objectives.
- Build integrated marketing plans across digital, social media, content, performance, SEO, SEM, PR, and brand communication.
- Identify new opportunities for brand building, customer acquisition, market expansion, and business growth.
- Define marketing goals, budgets, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.

2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.

3. Digital Marketing & SEM
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels.
- Manage SEM campaigns and optimize search performance.
