Job Title: Building Manager
Department: Administration / Facilities Management

Reporting To: General Manager / Management

Position Summary

The Building Manager is responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, safety, security, and operational efficiency of the assigned building(s). The role ensures that the premises are well-maintained, compliant with statutory requirements, and provide a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace for occupants, visitors, and employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, DG sets, and other utilities.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.

Maintenance Management
- Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints from occupants.




- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and vendor performance.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic fire drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Maintain all statutory licenses and coordinate inspections by government authorities.
- Ensure CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, access control, and emergency equipment are operational.

Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and monitor access control.
- Ensure visitor management procedures are followed.
- Investigate security incidents and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies whenever required.

Housekeeping & Facility Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of common areas, offices, washrooms, parking are
