Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Engineer with hands-on experience in testing Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and Integrated Loan Management Systems (ILMS) . In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing of critical banking modules, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-quality releases in a fast-paced Agile workplace.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli

Experience: 4 + Years

Key Responsibilities
- Application Testing: Perform manual and automation functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on CBS applications and ILMS modules. Validate workflows across loan origination, delinquency management, DPD (Days Past Due) buckets, recovery flows, and standard borrower journeys.
- Test Execution & SIT/UAT: Prepare, review, and execute detailed test cases, scenarios,



and test data based on technical and functional specifications. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, retesting, and complex SQL-based back-end data validation.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, isolate, and track defects rigorously using tools like JIRA. Collaborate actively with software developers, business analysts, and key business stakeholders for defect resolutions.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in standard Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives to ensure alignment on release quality.
