Position Summary

BTALI International is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the company's overall operations, sales performance, business development, and organizational growth. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business profitability, ensuring operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing business strategies aligned with the company's vision.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, Purchase, Warehouse, Service, and Administration.
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales & Business Development
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
