- Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers catalyst switches)
- Knowledge on Cisco routers Switches troubleshooting
- Knowledge on SDWAN/Cisco Meraki troubleshooting.
- Working exp. On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support.
- Ready to working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Valuable with Communications skills
- CCNA/CCNPcertifications mandatory
- Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process.
Candidate will be involved in incident management involves in in-depth troubleshooting skills providing RCAs
