Title: Senior Investment Manager/ Investment Director, Sagana Capital (depending on experience)
Reports to: Associate Partner and Capital Business Unit Lead

We are hiring an ambitious and entrepreneurial investment professional to join our proactive, hands-on investment team at Sagana. You will play a critical role in leading sector thought leadership, pipeline building, due diligence, and portfolio management to drive successful financial and impact outcomes for Sagana's global portfolio of directs and funds.
You will be responsible for proactively building and managing a pipeline of high-potential opportunities. This includes originating and sourcing deals, conducting market landscaping, leading due diligence processes, and driving execution across Seed-to-Growth-stage investments.
The sector focus for this role will be across climate, energy, and the circular economy. This may include thematics such as energy transition, energy storage, energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, sustainable materials,
clean mobility, clean hydrogen, carbon capture and utilization, circular business models, waste reduction, resource efficiency and related climate solutions.
While climate, energy and circular economy will be the primary focus, we are also open to strong investment profiles with experience in adjacent high-growth sectors, including healthcare, food and agriculture, particularly where candidates bring strong investment judgement and the ability to translate their experience across sectors.
You will also take a highly engaged role in portfolio management - working directly with founders and leadership teams to help shape business strategy, strengthen operations, support capital raises, improve reporting, and drive impact performance.
