Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations for our Roofing Sheets, Sandwich Panels, PEB, and Steel Buildings business. The role involves managing the complete commercial lifecycle of projectsfrom enquiry, estimation, tendering, contract negotiation, order execution, and project coordination to commercial closure.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, contract management expertise, project coordination skills, and experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management




- Manage complete commercial activities from enquiry to project completion and contract closure.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, MOUs, and customer agreements.
- Evaluate commercial risks and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Prepare competitive techno-commercial offers and pricing strategies.

Tendering & Project Sales Support
- Support the Sales and Technical teams in tendering, estimation, and bid preparation.
- Prepare and standardize SOPs for Project Sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during pre-bid and post-order stages.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and commercial proposals.

Business Development & Customer Management
- Support key customer engagements and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
