Role Overview

We are looking for a
Customer Support Intern
who enjoys interacting with people, understands ethnic fashion, and can patiently guide customers through their buying journey. This role involves direct communication with customers across WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via
WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and messages
- Understand customer requirements related to
sarees, salwars, and ethnic products
- Provide accurate product information, including fabric, designs, pricing, availability, and care
- Assist customers in
placing online orders
and resolving basic checkout issues
- Follow up on customer queries, order confirmations, and delivery-related questions
- Maintain polite, qualified, and empathetic communication at all times
- Coordinate with the internal team for product details and order updates





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent
English and Malayalam
communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a
patient and customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle different types of customers calmly and confidently
- Basic comfort with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and online tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in an e-commerce environment

Preferred / Added Advantages
- Interest or familiarity with
ethnic fashion, sarees, and salwar materials
- Knowledge of
Hindi
(spoken) will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or online selling (not mandatory)
