Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced
Aero Engine SME
with 15+ years of expertise in aircraft propulsion systems, gas turbine engines, engine design, structural integrity analysis, certification, integration, and sustainment activities. The SME will provide technical leadership across aerospace programs, support engineering teams, and act as the focal point for all aero engine-related technical matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for aero engine systems across design, development, testing, certification, and in-service support activities.
- Lead engine SME reviews the requirement and deliverables.
- Analyze engine performance, operability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Support engine integration with aircraft platforms and associated systems.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, specifications, and design documentation.




- Guiding the team for root cause investigations of deliverables
- Perform trade studies and feasibility assessments for engine upgrades and modifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including airframe, controls, structures, avionics, and certification engineers.
- Guide teams in developing best practices, standards, and lessons learned and process improvements.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical training on aero engine technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Propulsion Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Aero Engine Design, Analysis, Testing, Integration, or Certification.
- Experience working with commercial aircraft, military aircraft, business jets, helicopters, or UAV propulsion systems.
- Solid understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and aircraft propulsion systems.
