Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in expanding market access for artisan-led

products developed through KADAM’s Incubation and Design Centres (IDCs) in Madhubani,

Bihar. This is a full time, field-based position focused on driving both online and offline sales, building brand visibility, and creating direct linkages with B2B buyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and retail consumers.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven, and hands-on professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and grassroots branding. This role requires working closely with artisans, program teams, and external partners to transform traditional Mithila art into contemporary, marketable products with global appeal.
