Role Description

We are looking for a
full-time, in office Social Media Content Creator in Ahmedabad
.

The candidate will be responsible for the complete content creation process:

Brand understanding, research, ideation, concept development, copywriting, shoot planning, shoot execution, video editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Handling this complete process is mandatory
. The role is not limited to writing captions or preparing content calendars. The candidate must actively participate in shoots, create and edit content, and take ownership from the initial brief to the final output.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the brand, audience, products, tone of voice,



and business objectives.
- Research the industry, competitors, audience behaviour, and relevant content trends.
- Develop original ideas and concepts for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and shoots.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, on-screen text, and campaign copy.
- Plan shoots, including references, shot lists, props, locations, and content requirements.
- Attend and actively manage product, lifestyle, and social media shoots.
- Guide photographers, videographers, models, and creators during shoots.
- Capture basic social media content whenever required.
- Edit reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with designers and editors for advanced content execution.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Manage multiple brands, projects, shoots, and deadlines.
