Role Description
The Marketing Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Kanpur.



The Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote Pioneer Technologies’ IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise solutions to target segments. Daily responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and creating content and collateral aligned with business objectives. The role involves analyzing market trends and campaign performance, optimizing lead generation and brand awareness, and managing events, webinars, and partner programs. The Marketing Manager will also oversee marketing budgets, maintain brand consistency across channels, and collaborate with leadership to support overall growth goals.

Qualifications
