Role Description
This is a full time, on-site HR Manager role based in Ludhiana. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily responsibilities include managing payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation; handling employee queries; and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives.



The HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to address employee relations, support organizational change, and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
