ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and proactive Creative Content Specialist to bring our company culture to life through compelling storytelling and engaging multimedia content. This role involves owning the end-to-end creation of internal communication campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design, video production,



and AI-powered content creation. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and strengthen our employer brand.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Create engaging copy for internal communications, newsletters, leadership announcements, town halls, and employee engagement campaigns.
2. Design visually appealing creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
3. Script, shoot, edit, and produce videos, employee stories, reels, and culture-related content.
4. Leverage AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Sora, HeyGen, or similar) to enhance content creation and improve efficiency.
5. Plan and execute internal branding, engagement, and wellbeing campaigns with a strong creative vision.
6. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful communication assets.
7. Track campaign performance and engagement metrics using Power BI or simil
