Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for HCA's Kolkata branch by identifying, developing, and managing customer relationships across the garment manufacturing, textile, and industrial sewing machinery segments. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can combine technical product knowledge with strong relationship management to grow HCA's market share in the East India region.

Key Responsibilities





Sales & Business Development

● Identify and generate recent business leads within garment manufacturing units, textile mills, leather/upholstery producers, and allied industries in and around Kolkata and the broader East India region.

● Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers to understand their machinery requirements and recommend suitable HCA/DUKE products or partner brands (Highlead, Kansai Special, Merrow, etc.).

● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.

● Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Account Management

● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
