We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us build a solid online presence across various platforms.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content across all social media channels to drive engagement, build our brand, and support our marketing strategies. A key part of this role will be leveraging Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising) to optimize ad campaigns, increase reach, and achieve business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
- Plan, execute,



and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar and align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor social media channels to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Person should have knowledge about Canva, Photoshop ,Adobe Illustrator.
- Track and report on key social media performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
