Your work profile

Design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve employee experience and streamline HR operations.

Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center / Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog items.





Translate business and HR process requirements into scalable technical solutions, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.

Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and integration teams to understand functional needs and implement effective HRSD solutions.

Build and support integrations with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll platforms using REST / SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Support UAT planning and execution, including defect resolution, test case validation, and production deployment support.

Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, ACLs, data privacy, and ServiceNow best practices.
