Position: Senior Engineer / Deputy Manager New Product Development (NPD)

Location: Mulshi (Pirangut), Pune

Experience:
- Senior Engineer: 5–8 Years
- Deputy Manager: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or Industrial Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Recent Product Development (NPD) projects from RFQ to SOP.
- Develop forging processes, die development, and manufacturing process plans.
- Prepare APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customers.
- Manage trial production, sample submissions, and process optimization.




- Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.

Key Skills:
- Experience in Hot Forging (Ferrous/Non-Ferrous)
- NPD | APQP | PPAP | PFMEA | Control Plan
- Die Development | Process Development | GD&T;
- Project Management | Value Engineering

Preferred Industry:

Automotive, Forging, Industrial Forgings, Aerospace, Valve & Fittings, Hydraulic Components.
