Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and creative Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn the FMCG industry. The intern will support our sales growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion through both online and offline marketing activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Generate new leads and onboard retailers.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities.
- Visit retail grocery stores, supermarkets, and distributors, if required.
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Help organize promotional events and product sampling.
- Coordinate with designers for posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing surveys.
- Assist in influencer outreach and local marketing activities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
Market Research
- Identify current business opportunities.
- Study customer buying behaviour.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and product launches.
- Prepare simple market research reports.
Administrative Support
- Maintain customer databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
