Job Purpose
Role –
The FP&A; Officer in VMC COE is responsible for:

The Officer – Finance role supports end-to-end financial planning, reporting, manufacturing close, and compliance activities for the VMC / ISC function. The role is accountable for accurate and timely data preparation,



execution support, analysis, and coordination across forecasting, budgeting, inventory valuation, intercompany processes, and management reporting.

The position acts as a key enabler for timely decision-making by ensuring high data accuracy, adherence to financial calendars, process discipline, and compliance with internal controls. Success in this role is measured through on-time delivery of reports and closes, accuracy of financial outputs, reduction of errors and rework, audit compliance, and effective stakeholder support, while also contributing to continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability of finance operations.
