Job Title: Resource Planner (Senior Manager / Manager)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Resource Planner to manage the planning and allocation of shipyard resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, dry docks, fabrication shops, and other critical assets across shipbuilding, repair, and heavy engineering projects. The role focuses on optimizing resource utilization, supporting project schedules, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and shipyard assets.
- Coordinate with Project Planning, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare resource plans, workload forecasts, and utilization reports.
- Monitor resource availability and resolve planning conflicts.
- Optimize resource utilization to support project milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in Resource Planning, Production Planning, or Project Planning.
- Experience in Shipbuilding, Heavy Engineering, EPC, or Manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP, MS Project/Primavera, and Advanced Excel.
