We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Agent (PPC Process) with at least 1 year of experience in handling Pay-Per-Call (PPC) travel campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales and communication skills and be able to convert inbound travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound PPC travel calls professionally.
- Sell domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel options.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC Travel Sales.
- Excellent English communication and sales skills.
- Experience using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹26,186.79 - ₹44,498.12 per month
