Role & responsibilities
- Assist in generating business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and Fiverr.
- Search and identify relevant IT projects based on company expertise.
- Assist in preparing customized proposals and project bids.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their project requirements.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other online channels.
- Coordinate with the technical team to gather project details and prepare quotations.
- Maintain records of leads, bids, and client communications.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and business development documentation.
- Learn and follow the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project closure.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA / MBA (Marketing)
- BCA / MCA
- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science/IT)
