Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across the assigned territory. Since Inevia is expanding into the Indian market, this role will involve developing new business opportunities, creating brand awareness, building relationships with manufacturing organizations, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess robust consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities,



and a passion for technology-driven manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing industries.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers including Plant Heads, Production Managers, Operations Heads, IT Managers, Factory Managers, and Business Owners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Expand Inevia's presence in assigned territories across India.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and customer requirements.

2. Territory Management & Client Engagement
- Plan and manage daily field visits to maximize customer coverage within the assigned territory.
