About the Role

This is a hands-on operations role responsible for ensuring that the school’s facilities, logistics, inventory systems, transportation, and day-to-day administration function efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who notices problems before they become bigger, enjoys organising systems, and takes ownership of keeping the school operational every day.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Infrastructure




- Ensure all classrooms and school spaces are clean, safe, and operational
- Monitor repairs and maintenance requirements
- Coordinate maintenance work with vendors
- Report safety concerns promptly
- Maintain operational readiness of all facilities

Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed
- Monitor hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections of school premises
- Ensure accountability for maintenance tasks

Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and service providers
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance requests
- Maintain vendor records
- Support procurement of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate deliveries and service visits

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Track movement of teaching materials and supplies
- Monitor stock levels
- Organise storage areas
- Conduct periodic inventory c
