We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities
- Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with branch locations and support HR operations
- Willingness to travel to different branches as required

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust coordination and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as part of the job

Location: Kochi

Food, Accomodation & Performance Incentives will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
