Hiring: Returns Lead – Apparel

We’re looking for a Returns Lead to own and streamline our end-to-end returns operations at House Of Chikankari.

This role is critical in ensuring faster inventory recovery, accurate quality assessment, tighter inventory control, and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily returns operations across website and marketplaces

• Drive faster return-to-restock timelines

• Lead quality inspection and grading of returned products

• Monitor return trends and identify recurring product, fit, or quality issues

• Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation across systems and physical stock

• Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Experience, Quality, and Marketplace teams

• Build reports, dashboards,



and actionable insights to reduce return rates and improve recovery

What we’re looking for:

• 3-6 years of experience in apparel, fashion, warehouse operations, reverse logistics, or returns management

• Strong understanding of inventory and quality processes

• Comfortable working with data, Excel, OMS/WMS systems, and marketplaces

• Someone who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving processes
