It belongs inside the design of a kitchen planned as system, not added as object.

We are hiring a Brand and Category Associate.

You will build the written foundation of a recent category:

Briefs. Frameworks. Essays. Position papers.

The brand book. The website. The rooms where architects and founders decide what this category is.

You will sit close to the founder in the first year and translate thinking into documents.

This is not a marketing role.

It is not an assistant role.

It is the role that builds and holds the studio's communication system.

Who we're looking for

A recent graduate in Communication Design, Brand Design, Strategic Design, Design Research, Visual Communication, Writing, or a related field.

A strong writing background from an adjacent discipline counts equally.

You will use AI tools daily. Fluency is expected.

AI accelerates the thinking. It does not replace it.

How we measure success

By the quality of understanding we create.

Not the volume of content we produce.
