Role Description

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a courteous manner.

Manage the reception desk and maintain the visitor register.

Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and documents.

Coordinate outgoing courier and dispatch activities.

Maintain records of visitors, courier,



and office communication.

Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments for meetings.

Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

Maintain office reception area and ensure cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates should possess robust Phone Etiquette skills to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and maintaining visitor and appointment records.
- Candidates should possess Clerical Skills such as basic typing, document handling, filing, and use of office equipment and software.

Experience:-

1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office coordinator etc.
